I finally got a chance to go down to Wall street and check out the on going demonstration,sit in and document the movement. I have to tell you that while I do support some of the MANY cause that are being talked about, it was almost like a circus down there with no ring master or MC. Now growing up in my family background, Protests, Demonstrations and Sit ins where my playground. I just didn’t get the the message that I was looking for down there. In any case I raise my fist up high for anyone fighting against the machine! Enjoy the pics.

The Ghetto Brothers were know as one of most notorious street gangs in the late 60’s and 70’s in NYC. After the death of thier Pres. Black Benji, they became of of the most influencial group of young men promoting non-violence and social justice for the South Bronx community. WOW! They also put out a politicaly charged, socialy charged album in the early 70’s that has gone on to be one of the most sought after album in the last 30 years! Last night they reunited to do some songs from thier archive to a packed house at SOUTHPAW..Enjoy the pics and google them to listen to some of thier Latin, Rock and soul!
