An exhibition @bxmusic celebrating my work and the life long work of my Grandmother @evelinaantonetty! ‘Legacy: A Family’s Work in The South Bronx‘ showcased paintings of my grandmother along with images from my archives. It, also, highlighted @mariadominguez991 portrait of my grandmother donation. Top names in Salsa Music which included Moncho Rivera, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Ruben Blades and Gerardo Rivas came out to celebrate percussionist extraordinaire Bobby Allende‘s 60th Birthday in a concert at Lehman Center for the Performing Arts. Bobby has been performing with the greats, since turning 10 years old. Above is a photo I took of him while performing with El Rey del Timbal Tito Puente at Madison Square Garden, NYC.
